If you submit inspiration photos, screenshots, or reference designs, you understand that the final product may not be an exact copy. Differences may occur due to nail shape, materials, production techniques, available embellishments, lighting, and handmade variation.

Custom orders require accurate information from the customer. You are responsible for providing correct sizing, design instructions, color preferences, shipping information, and any other details required to complete the order.

Once a custom order has entered production, changes, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges may no longer be available. Custom and personalized items are generally final sale unless they arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from the confirmed order details due to our error.

Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Returns, refunds, exchanges, replacements, and related requests are subject to our Refund & Returns Policy and any product-specific conditions listed on our website.

Because press-on nails are personal-use beauty products, return, exchange, replacement, or refund requests are generally limited to eligible issue-based cases, such as items that arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, missing, or materially different from the confirmed order.

For hygiene reasons, used, opened, applied, worn, altered, or handled press-on nails are generally not eligible for return or exchange.

Custom, personalized, final sale, or special-order items are generally not eligible for return, exchange, or refund once production has begun, unless they arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from the confirmed order details due to our error.

Cancellations and Order Changes

Order cancellations or changes may be possible within 12 hours of purchase, provided the order has not entered processing, preparation, production, fulfillment, packing, or shipment.

Custom orders may only be canceled before production begins. Once production has started, cancellation is generally not available because the product is being made specifically for you.
