If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or undeliverable address provided by the customer, YourPressNails.com is not responsible for delays, failed delivery, returned packages, or additional shipping charges.

Address Changes

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.

Address changes may only be possible before the order enters processing, preparation, fulfillment, packing, or shipment.

Once an order has been processed, packed, transferred to fulfillment, or handed to the carrier, we cannot guarantee that the shipping address can be changed.

Returned to Sender Packages

If a package is returned to sender due to an incorrect address, incomplete address, failed delivery, refusal of delivery, failure to claim the package, or any customer-related delivery issue, we may contact you to arrange the next steps.

Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

Delivered but Missing

Damaged Package

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours and include clear photos of the package, label, and affected items.

We will do our best to assist, but we are not responsible for packages lost, stolen, misplaced, or removed after confirmed delivery to the shipping address provided at checkout.

Damaged Packages & Product Issues

If your outer package arrives visibly damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery when possible and provide clear photos of:

  • The outer packaging
  • The shipping label
  • The inner packaging
  • The affected item or items
  • All items received in the package
