Because press-on nail orders may enter preparation, fulfillment, or production quickly, all cancellation and modification requests are subject to the policy below.

Press-on nail products may be prepared, selected, packed, customized, or transferred to fulfillment soon after purchase. For this reason, cancellation and modification requests are time-sensitive.

Please review your product style, size, shape, length, color, quantity, shipping address, and contact information before completing your purchase.

  • The order has entered processing, preparation, production, fulfillment, packing, or shipment.

What Can Be Modified

Order Modification Requests

Order modifications may be possible within 12 hours of purchase, provided the order has not entered processing, preparation, production, fulfillment, packing, or shipment.

Shipping address Updating the address within 12 hours and before the order enters processing, packing, or shipment.
Product details Changing quantity, style, size, shape, length, color, or design if available and eligible.
Custom order details Updating custom details only before production begins.
Order value changes If the order value changes, the customer may need to pay the difference or receive an approved partial refund.

Address Changes

Need to Update Your Shipping Address?

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.

Address changes may only be accepted within the cancellation or modification window and before the order enters processing, preparation, production, fulfillment, packing, or shipment.

Once an order has been processed, prepared, packed, transferred to fulfillment, or shipped, we cannot guarantee that the shipping address can be changed.

Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

YourPressNails.com is not responsible for delivery issues, failed delivery, returned packages, delays, or lost packages caused by an incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address provided by the customer.

Custom Orders

Custom, Personalized, Handmade, or Special-Order Items

Custom, personalized, handmade, or special-order press-on nails may enter design review, preparation, or production soon after an order is placed.

These orders may include, but are not limited to:

  • Custom nail sizes
  • Custom nail shapes or lengths
  • Custom colors, finishes, or design details
  • Reference-photo or inspiration-based designs
  • Names, initials, charms, rhinestones, chrome, glitter, pearls, or other special embellishments
  • Event-based or personalized press-on nail sets
  • Any product made, selected, or prepared specifically according to your request

Custom, personalized, handmade, or special-order items may only be canceled or modified before production begins. Once production has started, cancellation, modification, refund, or exchange may no longer be available unless the item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from the confirmed order details due to our error.

  • Your full name
  • Your request to cancel or modify the order
  • Clear details of the requested change, if applicable
  • Any supporting information that may help us review your request

Approval Required

Requests Are Not Automatically Approved

Sending a cancellation or modification request does not guarantee approval. Your request must be reviewed and confirmed by our customer support team.

If your request is approved, we will send you a confirmation by email.

If your request cannot be approved, your order will continue to be processed according to the original order details.

Non-Cancelable Orders

Orders That Cannot Be Canceled or Modified

We may be unable to cancel or modify orders that:

  • Have passed the 12-hour cancellation or modification window
  • Have already entered processing, preparation, production, fulfillment, packing, or shipment
  • Have already been packed or shipped
  • Have already been delivered
  • Have been specially prepared, customized, personalized, handmade, or made according to selected options
  • Have already been transferred to a fulfillment or production stage
  • Are final sale, clearance, or special-order items where cancellation is not available after processing begins
  • Are no longer eligible for changes due to the order status

Once processing has started, the item may already be prepared, packed, produced, customized, or transferred to a fulfillment stage. In this case, the order cannot be canceled or modified.

Shipped Orders

Orders Already Shipped Cannot Be Canceled

Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled or modified.

If your order has already shipped, please refer to the tracking information provided by email.

If you receive an incorrect, damaged, defective, missing, or materially different item, please review our Refund and Returns Policy and contact us within the required timeframe after delivery.

Approved Cancellations and Refunds

If your cancellation request is approved, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.

Approved cancellation refunds are usually processed within 1 to 3 business days after approval.

Depending on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider, it may take an additional 3 to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Customer Errors

We are not responsible for customer errors, including but not limited to:

  • Incorrect shipping address

  • Wrong quantity selected
  • Incorrect custom order details
  • Failure to review the order before checkout

We will do our best to help if the order is still within the cancellation or modification window and has not entered processing or production.
